Ingredients:
1 package of Oreos , crushed fine (put them in a zip lock bag & crush)
1 stick of melted unsalted butter
8 oz light cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 8 oz tubs of Cool Whip
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
3 cups 2% milk
Directions:
Make the pudding according to the directions on the box. Set aside.
Place crushed Oreos in the bottom of a 9×13 pan and pour the melted butter over them. Mix around so that all Oreo gets coated. With a fork, press down Oreo mixture to evenly cover the entire bottom of the pan.
In a Kitchen Aid mixer, beat cream cheese on medium speed for a minute until it appears whipped. Now, slowly add powdered sugar on a lower speed until it is completely combined. Then, with a spatula, gently mix in 1 tub of Cool Whip to cream cheese mixture. Evenly spread this on top of your Oreo crust. Pour the chocolate pudding on top, spread evenly. spread the other layer of the Cool Whip on top of the chocolate pudding layer. Lastly, sprinkle some Oreos on top. Enjoy!
