3 large spuds
1 onion
Any veg you fancy (I've used green beans and sweetcorn)
Garlic
Half tsp chilli flakes
3 tbsp fat free natural yogurt
2tsp curry powder
Peel, chop, boil then mash your spuds.
In a bowl mix the onion with your veg then add the mash, the garlic & chilli.
In a small bowl mix the yogurt with the curry powder, then add to the mash mixture. Stir it all up.
Shape into small 'patties', then place on a baking tray sprayed with frylite, spray the tops, then bake for approx 30-40 mins, or until golden brown.
