Ingredients:
2.5 Cashew Nut( Kaju Powder)
1/2 Sugar for Kaju Powder
1 cup Pistachio(Pista Powder)
1/2 cup Sugar
instructions:
Add water to 1/2 c sugar, heat and make a thick syrup.
Add Cashew Nut Powder, Stir on a low flame till it thickens Lightly, keep aside to cool..
Again Add water to 1/2 c sugar, heat and make a syrup.
Add pista powder, mix on a low flame till it thickens. Keep aside to cool.
Make balls with the kaju mixture.
Make balls with pista mixture of about 1/3(according to your size) size of kaju balls and shape like cylinders.
Then Flatten the kaju balls and shape it to cover over pista mix balls which make a cylinder shape.
